If using frozen prawns or shimps allow these to de-frost very gradually.
Toss the shell fish in mayonnaise. Serve on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomatoes, etc.

1. Putt lettuce and dill in salad bowl.

1 medium-sized crab is enough for 2 people, 1 large one for 4 people. Feel the crab when you buy it and if it feels surprisingly ligt for its size, ask the fishmonger to break it open – for „lightness“ often indicates that it is „watery“ and you are not getting good solid crab meat. 1. Preheat oven to 300º F.
2. Nix oil, garlic, salt and pepper in salad bowl.
3. Arrange bread on baking sheet; bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until croutons are golden.
4. When ready to serve, put greens on oil in bowl. Sprinkle with anchovies, cheese and lemon juice.
5. Break egg in middle of salad. Toss lightly until greens are well coated. Add croutons; toss lightly.
