1. Make the blancmange as directed on the packet, using only the ¾ pint milk.
2. Whisk in the pineapple and juice and put into glasses.
3. Top with pineapple and cream.
4. Serve hot or cold.
Ingredients:
1 packet chocolate blancmange powder
pineapple and cream to decorate if wishhed
¾ pint only of milk
about 4 oz. chopped canned pineapple and little of the juice
