1. Mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, sauce and mustard together.
2. Put into scallop shells which should be buttered first.
3. Scatter crumbs on top with a little butter and grated cheese and heat until crisp in the oven.
4. Serve with crisp toast and salad.
Ingredients:
1 dressed crab (large enough for 4 people)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
little grated cheese if wished
4 tablespoons Worcester-shire sauce
½ teaspoon made mustard
about 2 tablespoons crumbs
butter
Cooking time: 15 minutes
