1. Cut roe into slices.
2. Fry rashers of bacon until crisp. Lift on to hot dish.
3. Add a little extra fat if necessary, fry the cod‘s roe until golden and hot.
4. Serve with watercress or fried tomatoes.
In order to save time buy the ready cooked cod‘s roe.
Cooking time: 6 – 10 minutes
