1. Melt the butter in a pan and brown the sponge cakes in this.
2. Divide each banana in half and split each portion.
3. Heat in pan for a moment.
4. Put 4 pieces of banana on each of the 4 fingers, brush with hot butter from the pan, coat lavishly with brown sugar.
5. Put under a moderate grill to melt the sugar.
6. Serve at once.
Ingredients:
4 large bananas
little butter
4 fingers sponge cake
brown sugar
