Shrimp salad

If using frozen prawns or shimps allow these to de-frost very gradually.
Toss the shell fish in mayonnaise. Serve on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomatoes, etc.

No cooking

6 – 8 oz. fresh or frozen prawns or shrimps
mayonnaise
lettuce
tomatoes
