Boil rice in salted water.
Heat butter.
Fry onion gently.Stir in curry powder then add soup and heat.
Stir in shrimps, cream and chopped and halved hard-boiled eggs.
Season sauce is necessary.
Serve curry mixture with the boiled rice on either side.
Ingredients:
small jar shrimps
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 oz. rice
1 oz. butter
2 tablespoons cream
1 can concentraded mushroom soup
1 level teaspoon curry powder
Cooking time: 20 minutes
