1. Slice banas into shallow dish.
2. Squeeze lemon juice over the fruit, dot with butter and layer of sugar.
3. Bake for about 5 minutes in hot oven (425°F).
4. Serve with cream.
Ingredients:
4-6 good sized bananas
lemon juice
knob of butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Cooking time: 15 minutes
